It is an energizing pose that can help to reduce anxiety and stress and can improve balance. To perform this pose, stand up straight. Place your feet together and lift up your toes. Spread them apart, then sink them down into the ground. Take a deep breath in and lift your arms above your head, palms facing each other. Press your shoulder blades down and relax your shoulder. The triangle pose is an excellent pose for beginners, as it helps to increase flexibility and strength. To begin, stand up straight and take a deep breath. Step your feet away from each other, widening them to a slightly wider-than-shoulder-width apart. Rotate your right foot slightly outward, keeping the left foot pointing forward. Bend your right knee and reach your right arm down towards the ground. Place your right hand close to the inside of your right foot, palm facing up. Reach your left arm straight up towards the ceiling and look towards your left hand. Take four to five deep breaths, then undo the pose and repeat on the other side.
